Mini Cake Boxes

Description

Prepare mini cake boxes around individual portion size, decoration clearance and removal. Send Eastpkg® the finished product measurements and packing conditions so the proposed construction can be reviewed with a fitted sample.

Define the Individual Portion

Provide the cake-board or cup dimensions, portion height, decorations and packed weight. Specify whether the pack holds one dessert or several and show the intended arrangement. Allow space for the customer to remove the dessert without pressing the lid or sides against the decoration.

Choose the Opening and Support

Review a separate lid, folding cover or other proposed opening on a drawing. Identify how the board, cup or insert is held and where fingers can grip it. Check the sample with the actual portion; the illustrated box size does not establish that a different dessert will fit.

State Contact and Storage Requirements

Identify all components that may touch the food and whether a liner, cup or primary wrapper is used. State the intended storage duration and conditions, then request relevant material documentation for that specific construction and use. Do not assume a printed paper box establishes freshness, barrier performance or suitability for chilled storage.

Approve the Packing Sample

Check assembly, closure, portion removal, decoration clearance and the agreed handling conditions. If boxes are stacked or carried in an outer carton, review the complete arrangement with actual packed contents. Record the artwork, materials, dimensions and acceptable variation for approval.

Prepare the Quotation Brief

Send the product and support dimensions, quantity per design, packed weight, artwork, destination and required delivery date. Include the intended food-contact arrangement, storage and handling conditions, and any documents or tests you require. Confirm the sample scope, minimum order, fees and production schedule in the quotation.
