Specify a folding tea-bag box using the actual wrapped sachet size, pack count and loading method.

Choose the sachet arrangement

State whether sachets stand upright, lie flat or sit in rows. Provide the filled dimensions and total count, then mark the opening end and loading direction on the drawing. If a dispensing opening is required, show how the first and last sachets should be removed.

Review the proposed sample

Assemble a sample and load the complete pack count. Check tuck clearance, panel alignment and whether the contents shift during the agreed handling assessment. Review the flat layout for artwork near folds and glue areas. Confirm whether the delivered cartons will be flat or assembled and how they are packed for filling.

Confirm materials and purchasing details

State whether any component contacts tea directly and request the relevant documentation for the intended use and market. Confirm the complete construction before using certification, recycled-content or disposal claims.
