Description
Prepare a specification for one tea packaging box by starting with the filled inner pack, retail use and proposed outer structure.
Record the product and box measurements
Identify whether the tea is packed in a sealed pouch, tin or individually wrapped sachets. Give the dimensions, quantity per box and filled weight, then state the desired opening and display orientation. Mark which measurements describe the inner pack and which describe the assembled outer box.
Review the proposed sample
Compare the proposed structure with an actual fit sample. Check loading, closure clearance and access to the tea pack. Record the artwork version, preferred material appearance and any finish reference. If a presentation insert is required, review its dimensions and removal method separately from the outer box.
Confirm materials and purchasing details
State whether any component contacts tea directly and request the relevant documentation for the intended use and market. Confirm the complete construction before using certification, recycled-content or disposal claims.
