Plan a mini tea gift box around the actual number of sealed portions, the available display space and the way the recipient will open it.
Set the contents and usable size
Record each sachet or small pouch at its filled dimensions and identify the quantity per box. Allow removal clearance instead of sizing the outer box only to the product footprint. State whether the box is handed out individually, included in another gift set or shipped in groups.
Review the proposed sample
Test the proposed closure and the reach needed to remove the contents. Check that required text remains readable at the chosen artwork size. Agree how individual boxes are grouped, counted and protected in the shipping carton, and keep the approved sample with the artwork version.
Confirm materials and purchasing details
State whether any component contacts tea directly and request the relevant documentation for the intended use and market. Confirm the complete construction before using certification, recycled-content or disposal claims.
