Tea Gift Box with Divided Inner Tray

Description

Plan a divided tea gift box around a compartment map showing the variety, pack count and removal space for every section.

Specify each compartment

List each sealed sachet, pouch or tin with its filled dimensions. Mark the quantities per compartment and the desired reading order when the lid opens. If different blends use the same tray, identify which labels or dividers change between assortments.

Review the proposed sample

Ask for a sample with the intended tea packs in place. Check that dividers stay in position, labels remain legible and fingers can reach each pack. Agree the tray material and how the tray and outer box will be separated at the end of use.

Confirm materials and purchasing details

State whether any component contacts tea directly and request the relevant documentation for the intended use and market. Confirm the complete construction before using certification, recycled-content or disposal claims.
