Tea Box with Window

Description

Specify a windowed tea box by deciding which sealed pack or label should be visible and where the opening belongs.

Define the viewing area and construction

Mark the window position and dimensions on the box drawing, including its clearance from folds and edges. State whether the opening remains uncovered or uses a transparent component. Identify what will sit behind the window and whether tea remains inside a sealed primary pack.

Review the proposed sample

Check the assembled sample from the intended shelf angle. Review alignment between the window and inner pack, movement of the contents and the proposed window attachment. Ask for the material specification of any film and adhesive. A visible window is not evidence of a barrier seal or a particular disposal route.

Confirm materials and purchasing details

State whether any component contacts tea directly and request the relevant documentation for the intended use and market. Confirm the complete construction before using certification, recycled-content or disposal claims.
