Description

Candy Pillow Box: Filled Shape and End-Flap Clearance

A pillow carton changes shape when its ends are closed. Size the pack around the actual wrapped sweets or small gift, not only the flat blank. Share the item count, the largest wrapped piece and the intended filling method so the usable space can be reviewed.

Check the Usable Filled Space

Provide product length, width, thickness and weight, including any individual wrapper. Ask for the usable cavity and the space taken by the end flaps on the proposed drawing. Check whether the item can pass through the opening without forcing the carton.

Review a filled sample for closure, bulging and removal. Do not treat a flat width or an external measurement as the confirmed internal depth of the assembled pack.

Choose the Closure and Packing Workflow

Describe whether staff will fill the carton by hand or use a defined packing process. Review the order in which the end flaps close, where the product sits and how the customer opens it.

If the pack needs a label, seal or inner sleeve, show its position in the brief. Confirm any component and assembly step with the supplier instead of assuming it is included in a catalogue design.

Separate the Sweet Wrapper from the Outer Carton

Identify whether the sweets are individually sealed and whether any part touches the outer pack. Describe grease, moisture and storage conditions, then request component specifications and relevant supporting documents for the proposed use.

The outer presentation shape does not establish freshness, a moisture barrier, food-contact suitability or transport performance. Define the primary pack and any outer shipping protection separately.

Review Artwork and the Order Specification

Place the logo, product information and graphics on the assembled shape as well as the flat drawing. Check folds and the curved ends before approving printing or finishing.

Send filled-product dimensions, piece count, quantity by design, artwork status, packing method, destination and required date. Agree the sample checks, minimum order and schedule after the specification is reviewed.

The gallery shows pillow-carton references with heart-shaped windows and pastel-coloured sweets. Confirm the window construction and any product contact on the final specification.
