Prepare cookie boxes with window around cookie arrangement, window position and inner wrapping. Send Eastpkg® the finished product measurements and packing conditions so the proposed construction can be reviewed with a fitted sample.
Lay Out the Cookie Assortment
Provide the cookie dimensions, thickness, number of pieces and the desired arrangement. Include dividers, cups, trays or individual wrapping in the measurements. Show the usable internal space and how the assortment will be inserted and removed.
Specify the Display Window
Mark the window size, shape and position on the lid or wall. Confirm whether it is an uncovered opening or uses a transparent component, together with its material and attachment. Check which cookies remain visible in the actual arrangement and keep important text clear of the opening.
Separate Display from Product Containment
State whether cookies contact the box or are contained in a separate liner, tray, bag or wrapper. If freshness, grease resistance or a barrier property is required, ask for evidence for the relevant component and intended use. A display window or paperboard appearance does not establish those properties.
Review a Filled Sample
Check window attachment, edge finish, divider fit and product movement with the actual cookies and wrapping. Agree the intended retail or delivery handling and any required tests. Request material documents covering the actual food-contact construction, including relevant coatings and adhesives.
Prepare the Quotation Brief
Send the product and support dimensions, quantity per design, packed weight, artwork, destination and required delivery date. Include the intended food-contact arrangement, storage and handling conditions, and any documents or tests you require. Confirm the sample scope, minimum order, fees and production schedule in the quotation.
