Description
Specify a tuck-top carton with a 1-2-3 bottom by recording the base-flap assembly and the intended contents.
Distinguish the bottom arrangement
Ask for the sequence of bottom-flap engagement on a drawing or assembly sample. Distinguish this requirement from a pre-glued auto-opening base. Give the product dimensions, filled weight and loading direction, and identify any insert or inner wrapping that affects the usable space.
Review the sample against the brief
- Assemble the base flaps in the agreed sequence and check engagement.
- Load the sample and review base support and top-tuck clearance.
- Agree handling checks for the actual contents instead of using a generic weight limit.
Materials, artwork and quotation
Identify the proposed board, coatings, inks and any insert or window component. If food contact, certification or recycled content is part of the brief, request evidence for the specified construction and intended market. Record the approved artwork and sample reference with the order specification.
Send Eastpkg® the quantity, destination and target date. Confirm the minimum quantity, sample scope and cost, packing arrangement and production schedule in the quotation.
Compare corrugated packaging formats or request a project quotation.
