Description
Plan a corrugated reverse tuck end pack with the board construction and the opposing tuck openings specified together.
Review the board and closure clearance
Supply the packed dimensions, weight and handling route. Ask for the proposed flute and liner construction, then review the assembled drawing and the space needed by the tuck and dust flaps. State whether this is a retail pack, an inner carton or a standalone shipping pack.
Review the sample against the brief
- Load the intended product and review both end closures.
- Check board thickness at the folds and the internal clearances.
- Agree the relevant handling and stacking checks for the packed construction.
Materials, artwork and quotation
Identify the proposed board, coatings, inks and any insert or window component. If food contact, certification or recycled content is part of the brief, request evidence for the specified construction and intended market. Record the approved artwork and sample reference with the order specification.
Send Eastpkg® the quantity, destination and target date. Confirm the minimum quantity, sample scope and cost, packing arrangement and production schedule in the quotation.
Compare corrugated packaging formats or request a project quotation.
