Review the supplied base construction
State whether a pre-glued base is required and confirm how the carton will be delivered and erected. Provide the filled product dimensions and weight, along with the loading direction and packing process. Keep the base construction and board specification explicit rather than assuming the name establishes capacity.
Review the sample against the brief
- Erect the sample and inspect the base engagement before loading.
- Review the loaded base, top-tuck clearance and product removal.
- Agree any stacking or handling assessment for the intended packed product.
Materials, artwork and quotation
Identify the proposed board, coatings, inks and any insert or window component. If food contact, certification or recycled content is part of the brief, request evidence for the specified construction and intended market. Record the approved artwork and sample reference with the order specification.
