Round Box With Window

Description

Prepare round boxes with window around diameter, lid fit and display-window requirements. Share the product measurements and packing requirements with Eastpkg® so the proposed construction can be reviewed on a drawing and physical sample.

Measure the Round Pack

State the usable internal diameter and height, the outside dimensions and the product weight. Show whether the window is in the lid or side wall and how the pack opens. Include clearance for any insert, wrapped product and lid overlap.

Define the Window Construction

Specify the opening size and position, whether it is uncovered or uses a separate transparent component, and how that component is attached. Confirm the proposed material and review visibility, edge finish and product clearance on a sample. The window does not establish a barrier or food-contact property.

Review the Contents and Insert

The image is a reference showing a round window pack with chocolates. For a food project, identify which components contact the food and request documentation for that actual use. For other contents, define supports, contact surfaces and removal space rather than assuming the illustrated arrangement is suitable.

Check the Complete Sample

Review lid fit, window attachment, insert movement and visibility with the actual packed contents. Agree the shipping carton and any required handling or transport tests. Assess material and disposal claims for the board, window, coatings and other components together.
