Define what is new in the brief

Identify the products, quantities per set and any existing pack you want to change. Describe the practical objective: a different opening sequence, a revised layout, easier packing or a smaller overall size.

Include filled container dimensions, weight and the required display direction. Separate essential requirements from appearance references so alternative structures can be compared on the same basis.

Choose a workable opening sequence

Describe how the recipient should open the box and remove each item. For a proposed drawer, hinged lid or layered arrangement, identify the space needed for access and the order in which components are revealed.

Confirm the construction and component availability for the project. The gallery image does not establish the internal arrangement or the closure mechanism.

Resolve the sample before launch approval

Review the proposed layout using representative products. Check loading, removal, lid clearance and the placement of artwork on the assembled pack.

Record the approved version and any unresolved items. Ask which sample stages are needed and what they include before setting the launch schedule.

Quote the launch and later versions separately

Provide quantities by version, artwork status, destination and the required date. Identify any insert, leaflet or accessory and state who will assemble the complete set.

Compare the component list, tooling, sample scope, packing method and delivery terms. Confirm minimum order and schedule for the selected construction rather than assuming a standard launch offer.
