Description
Plan a luxury tea box around the opening experience, sealed tea packs and the finish reference you want to assess.
Match the structure to the contents
Provide the size and filled weight of each pouch or tin, then compare a lift-off lid, drawer or hinged presentation format. Describe the preferred opening sequence and how the packs should be removed. A sample should establish the actual fit and feel rather than relying on a photograph or the word luxury.
Keep the tea-contact specification clear
State whether the outer box contains sealed primary packs or will contact tea directly. Request documentation for any proposed food-contact components in the intended market. Do not treat a magnetic lid or rigid board as proof of an airtight package or a specified shelf life.
Agree sample acceptance
- Review lid or drawer movement with the intended contents.
- Compare paper appearance, colour and tactile finish with the agreed reference.
- Check small text, foil registration and insert removal where specified.
Record the approved dimensions, artwork and sample reference. If certified materials or recycled content are required, identify the evidence needed for the proposed construction. Include liners, closures and inserts when reviewing material and disposal claims.
Send the purchasing brief
Share the order quantity, destination, target launch date and artwork files with Eastpkg®. Confirm the proposed construction, minimum quantity, sample costs and production schedule in the quotation. Separate the presentation box from its outer shipping pack-out when agreeing handling checks.
Compare rigid box formats, read the tea packaging guide or request a project quote.
The image shows a compartmented gift box as a visual reference. Confirm the layout using the intended sealed tea packs rather than assuming the pictured contents are tea.
