Choose the presentation format
List the coffee packs and accessories in each set, then compare a lift-off lid, hinged box or folding carton. Record the opening sequence, the space available for branding and the assembled dimensions. For a gift collection, decide whether each coffee variety needs a separate compartment.
Review the sample against the brief
- Fit the filled packs and check that labels remain visible.
- Review the lid alignment, insert removal and finish reference.
- Agree how the presentation box will be protected inside the shipping carton.
Record the approved drawing, artwork and sample reference with the order specification. Identify any changes between the sample and production proposal before giving approval.
Materials and documentation
State which components will contact the drink or coffee directly and which only support a sealed pack or cup. Request the applicable material documentation for the proposed construction and intended market. If recycled content, certification or a disposal claim is required, specify the evidence needed for the complete package.
