Plan a coordinated tea packaging range by listing each sealed pouch, tin or sachet format and the number of units in every retail or gift box.
Build the pack-size matrix
Record filled dimensions and weights for each tea pack. Separate single-variety retail boxes from mixed assortments and identify where the same outer structure could serve more than one SKU. Mark the artwork areas that change between blends so the quotation can distinguish structural work from print variations.
Keep the tea-contact specification clear
State whether the outer box contains sealed primary packs or will contact tea directly. Request documentation for any proposed food-contact components in the intended market. Do not treat a magnetic lid or rigid board as proof of an airtight package or a specified shelf life.
Agree sample acceptance
- Fit each SKU into the proposed internal space.
- Review the assortment layout and the visibility of flavour labels.
- Compare closure alignment and access to every pack.
Record the approved dimensions, artwork and sample reference. If certified materials or recycled content are required, identify the evidence needed for the proposed construction. Include liners, closures and inserts when reviewing material and disposal claims.
