Custom Perfume Box

Description

Prepare a perfume box brief using the actual filled bottle, cap and any protective inner pack.

Define the bottle and opening

Provide the overall height, width, depth and filled weight, plus the dimensions of a removable cap or decorative fitting. State the display orientation and desired opening sequence. If a support insert is proposed, mark where it touches the bottle and where access is needed for removal.

Review the proposed sample

Check the bottle in the assembled sample, including clearance around the cap and sprayer. Review lid movement, artwork alignment and the agreed finish reference. Separate presentation approval from the handling assessment of the complete shipping pack; an attractive exterior does not establish transit performance.

Materials and order requirements

Identify any contact between the cosmetic formula and the proposed packaging components. Request the relevant material documentation for the intended use. Certification, recycled-content and disposal claims require evidence for the complete construction, including inks, coatings, adhesives and inserts.
