Description
A sustainable perfume packaging brief should connect the filled fragrance bottle, proposed outer structure and supporting material evidence. A presentation box does not establish leak prevention, transport protection or an environmental outcome by appearance alone.
Eastpkg® combines production and supply chain management for B2B packaging projects. Share the actual bottle and packing requirements to discuss a proposed specification and sample review.
Measure the Bottle as It Will Be Packed
Provide maximum dimensions and filled weight, including cap, atomiser, overcap and any decorative projections. State the number of items and any accessories in the set. Use the assembled primary pack, not only the bottle’s nominal liquid volume.
Define usable internal dimensions and the intended orientation. Review clearance for inserting and removing the bottle without catching or pulling on a vulnerable closure.
Review the Insert and Opening Task
Specify how the bottle is positioned, which areas can contact the insert and how the recipient removes it. Identify proposed insert materials and attachment methods. A foam-like appearance does not confirm a particular material or a verified protective function.
Compare the proposed lid, drawer or hinged opening against the product arrangement and packing sequence. Agree fit and handling criteria using representative filled primary packs. A mockup alone cannot establish freedom from movement, breakage or leakage.
Separate Presentation from Transport Requirements
Describe the intended retail, gifting or delivery arrangement and the separate transport pack where applicable. Agree the assessment needed for the actual packed configuration. Bottle integrity and closure performance are separate from the decorative outer-box review.
Do not assume that a rigid construction, magnetic closure or insert guarantees intact delivery. Record the sample configuration and any required checks before production approval.
Document Materials and Environmental Wording
List board, wrap, finish, adhesive, closure, ribbon, window and insert. For recycled content, define the component, percentage and basis. For certification, verify the holder, current scope, chain of custody and claim permission.
Review recyclability for the complete pack and destination conditions. Compostable inserts, biodegradable windows or non-toxic components require supporting evidence; they are not established by this listing. Use the materials and claims checklist.
Agree Artwork, Samples and Quotation Terms
Confirm the dieline, artwork version, substrate, finish and colour reference. Record sample differences, acceptance criteria and the approved production specification. Minimum order, sample fees or credits, production timing, packing and delivery responsibilities require project confirmation.
Send your perfume packaging brief with filled-bottle dimensions, quantity, destination and required material documents. Compare rigid box structures and review sample approval questions.
