Build the SKU and format map
List the bottles, jars, tubes and accessories in the range, with filled dimensions and weights. Mark which products sell individually and which form a set. Identify shared brand elements and any artwork that changes by size, shade or product type.
Review the proposed sample
Review the proposed formats together at the intended display orientation. Check that product and variant names remain distinguishable and that loading and removal suit the filling process. Agree the carton, presentation insert and outer shipping pack as separate parts of the specification.
Materials and order requirements
Identify any contact between the cosmetic formula and the proposed packaging components. Request the relevant material documentation for the intended use. Certification, recycled-content and disposal claims require evidence for the complete construction, including inks, coatings, adhesives and inserts.
