Prepare artwork for custom printed cosmetic boxes
A cosmetic box print brief should connect the artwork to the proposed construction and approved colour references. Send Eastpkg® the artwork status, box dimensions and version list before confirming the printing scope.
Confirm the layout before completing artwork
Provide the filled product dimensions and intended box format. Ask for the relevant construction layout and identify the front panel, opening direction and areas affected by folds or joins.
Use the agreed layout for final artwork. Mark any mandatory product information and identify who is responsible for approving the text and files.
Define colour and finish references
Supply colour references and show the location of any requested foil, raised detail or coating on separate artwork layers where appropriate. Confirm the file requirements and available processes for the proposed material.
Discuss the sample or proof needed to approve colour and finish. An on-screen image alone is not an agreed physical print reference.
Review the assembled print sample
Check panel alignment, small text, artwork orientation and the position of details near edges or folds. Include opening and product removal in the review where they affect visible print.
Record the approved file revision, construction and reference sample. Agree the inspection points and acceptable variation for the order rather than assuming every unit will be identical.
List print versions in the quotation brief
Send quantities by SKU or artwork version, destination, required date and packing preference. Identify which construction and colour elements are shared across the range.
Ask the quotation to distinguish version-specific work, samples and tooling where applicable. Confirm minimum order, proof stages and schedule before releasing production artwork.
