Description
Use this existing 2026 tea box reference to prepare a seasonal-edition brief around your launch date, assortment and approved brand artwork.
Define what changes for the edition
Identify whether the project needs a new box structure or an artwork update to an existing pack. List the tea varieties, quantity per set and the filled pack sizes. Provide colour and finish references as design preferences rather than assuming a particular palette is a verified market trend.
Keep the tea-contact specification clear
State whether the outer box contains sealed primary packs or will contact tea directly. Request documentation for any proposed food-contact components in the intended market. Do not treat a magnetic lid or rigid board as proof of an airtight package or a specified shelf life.
Agree sample acceptance
- Compare the edition artwork with the approved brand files.
- Check any date, blend name or brewing text on the proof.
- Fit the final tea assortment and review opening and insert access.
Record the approved dimensions, artwork and sample reference. If certified materials or recycled content are required, identify the evidence needed for the proposed construction. Include liners, closures and inserts when reviewing material and disposal claims.
Send the purchasing brief
Share the order quantity, destination, target launch date and artwork files with Eastpkg®. Confirm the proposed construction, minimum quantity, sample costs and production schedule in the quotation. Separate the presentation box from its outer shipping pack-out when agreeing handling checks.
Compare rigid box formats, read the tea packaging guide or request a project quote.
