Describe the load and contact points

List the filled bottles, jars or tubes and include closures, pumps and projecting parts in the measurements. State which items stand upright and where labels or finishes should avoid contact.

Identify whether the box contains one item or an assortment. Include the combined filled weight and any leaflet or accessory that affects the layout.

Agree the board, insert and closure together

Request a proposed construction rather than selecting board thickness in isolation. Review the base, lid clearance, insert support and opening method as parts of the same pack.

If a magnetic or other closure is proposed, confirm its location and operation with a sample. A closed exterior image does not verify closure strength, board specification or internal fit.

Set acceptance points for the sample

Use representative filled units to check loading, removal, lid alignment and clearance. Record the construction and artwork version used for approval.

Describe the intended handling and shipping arrangement before agreeing any performance checks. Rigid construction alone does not establish protection against breakage or product leakage.

Specify supply and delivery requirements

Send quantities by SKU, artwork, destination and required date. State whether components or assembled boxes are required and who will place products into them.

Ask the quotation to identify the proposed minimum order, sample steps, packing method and schedule. Request any material documents needed for the agreed construction.
