Description

Specify a pillow box using the filled product dimensions and the usable space inside its curved profile.

Measure the assembled pack

Provide the product length, width, thickness and weight, including any inner wrapping. Distinguish the flat blank dimensions from the assembled pack and mark the intended opening end. For an irregular item, supply a sample or dimensioned outline rather than relying only on its maximum length.

Review the sample against the brief

• Insert and remove the intended product without forcing the curved ends.
• Review end-flap overlap, opening clearance and any inner support.
• Check artwork across the curved faces and folds against the assembled sample.

Materials, artwork and quotation

Identify the proposed board, coatings, inks and any insert or window component. If food contact, certification or recycled content is part of the brief, request evidence for the specified construction and intended market. Record the approved artwork and sample reference with the order specification.
