Separate the formula container from the outer pack
Provide the jar diameter, total height including the cap and filled weight. Identify whether a label, tamper feature or protective inner wrap must remain visible or accessible. Specify the outer tube’s usable internal space and any proposed support for the jar.
Review the proposed sample
- Fit the actual sealed jar and check cap and label clearance.
- Review insertion, removal and the lid opening with the proposed support.
- Agree handling checks for the jar, outer tube and separate shipping pack-out.
