Description

Specify a windowed paper tube by identifying what the buyer should see and how the product sits behind the viewing area.

Define the window and internal space

Provide the filled product size, usable internal diameter and height, and the intended display orientation. Mark the window position, shape and dimensions on the drawing, including its distance from the lid and base. Identify whether the opening uses a transparent component and whether the product remains inside a sealed primary pack.

Review the proposed sample

• Fit the actual contents and review alignment with the window.
• Check lid movement, removal clearance and the proposed window attachment.
• Agree any required handling or barrier assessment for the complete construction.

Materials and quotation requirements

Record the proposed wall, liner, lid and insert materials with the artwork and sample reference. Request evidence for any specified certification, recycled content, food-contact arrangement or disposal claim, considering the complete construction and intended use.
