Request relevant component specifications and documents for the intended contents and storage conditions. Keep environmental or certification wording tied to evidence for the proposed complete pack.

Plan Approval and Delivery Milestones

Share the required arrival date and destination, artwork readiness, sample requirements and packing responsibilities. Agree the review, approval, production and transport milestones in the quotation; a seasonal deadline is not a confirmed supplier commitment.

Define outer-carton protection and handling checks for the complete gift set separately from the retail presentation. Reconfirm the schedule if the assortment, artwork, quantity or construction changes.
