Request the proposed carton quantity and dimensions for logistics planning. Include assembly time, storage space, inserts and outer packing in the cost discussion, alongside the box unit price.

Keep the finish and structural approval connected

Supply artwork, color references and the location of any foil, embossing or printed detail. Review the finish on the specified wrap and confirm alignment across the lid and panels. Check whether any design detail crosses an edge, hinge or opening.

Use an approved sample to record the wrap, corners, surface appearance, insert position and closure behavior. Agree inspection criteria for the order rather than relying on descriptions such as heavy-duty or premium.

Document materials and commercial terms

Request a material breakdown covering board, wrap, coatings, adhesives, closure components and insert. Any certification or recycled-content claim needs evidence for the selected specification. Disposal guidance should consider the complete pack and the destination’s facilities.

Confirm the minimum quantity, tooling and sample charges, packing arrangements and unit price in the quotation. Record sample approval, production and shipping dates separately. Any urgent schedule or sample-fee credit needs specific agreement.
