Description
Luxury Chocolate Box: Colour, Surface and Finish Approval
A finish brief should describe what will be approved on the assembled chocolate box. Provide colour and surface references alongside the product and tray dimensions. Review the appearance with the chosen construction so decorative choices do not hide unclear artwork, poor fit or an awkward opening.
Set a Clear Visual Reference
Supply the logo, artwork files, colour references and the intended display faces. Identify the elements that need close review, such as fine text, a border, a proposed raised detail or a reflective accent.
Ask the supplier to confirm which printing and finishing options are available for the selected board. An image or a finish name alone is not an approved production specification.
Review the Assembled Sample
Check artwork placement across panels, folds, joins and the opening edge. Review the surface and colour under the agreed viewing conditions and keep the accepted reference with the artwork version.
Record any visible feature that needs an agreed acceptance criterion. Discuss material changes or proposed substitutions before treating an earlier sample as approval for a different construction.
Keep Chocolate Fit in the Review
Provide the wrapped-piece dimensions, quantity and insert layout. Check lid clearance, loading and removal with representative contents, including any pad or card that occupies space.
Request component documents for direct contact and the intended storage conditions. Appearance does not establish food-contact suitability, a barrier, freshness or protection during shipment; define those requirements separately.
Confirm the Commercial Specification
Share quantity by design, artwork status, packing responsibilities, destination and required date. Ask the quotation to identify materials, included components, sample scope, minimum order and schedule.
Keep the drawing, artwork, finish reference and assembled sample linked through approval. Recheck the relevant details if a component or chocolate assortment changes.
The gallery shares a grey patterned presentation-box reference. It is not an approved colour or finish standard, material certificate or proof of Eastpkg® production.
