Description

Plan a gable pack around the product dimensions, top-fold arrangement and intended carrying method.

Define the top and usable space

Give the filled product size and weight, then mark the required usable height below the gable fold. State whether the pack needs a die-cut handle, another carrying feature or no handle. Include any primary food pack or inner tray when setting the internal dimensions.

Review the sample against the brief

• Load the intended contents and close the top without pressing on the product.
• Review any handle opening, grip space and filled-weight assessment.
• Check the assembly sequence and packing arrangement for delivery.

Materials, artwork and quotation

Identify the proposed board, coatings, inks and any insert or window component. If food contact, certification or recycled content is part of the brief, request evidence for the specified construction and intended market. Record the approved artwork and sample reference with the order specification.
