Set sample and approval responsibilities

Agree who will check container fit, assembly, opening and print placement. Use representative components and record the approved construction and artwork version together.

Specify which material documents or inspection records the project requires, who should provide them and what parts of the pack they cover. A material description by itself does not establish certification or performance.

Compare the complete supply offer

Send quantities by SKU, destination, required date and packing preferences. Ask the quotation to identify supplied components, assembly scope, samples, tooling and freight where applicable.

Confirm the proposed minimum order and schedule after reviewing the specification. Record any exclusions and customer-supplied items so responsibility stays clear from sample approval to delivery.
