Description
A 3 tray floor display brief needs to define the products on each level, the loaded arrangement and the intended retail position. Three shelves alone do not establish carrying capacity, stability or suitability for a store.
Eastpkg® combines production and supply chain management for B2B packaging projects. Share your product and retail requirements to discuss a proposed display specification and representative sample.
Define the Products and Shelf Layout
Provide the dimensions and filled weight of each product, units per tray, the total planned load and how stock will be replenished. Include variations in pack size or weight and identify any promotional material carried by the display.
Specify tray heights, viewing and access needs, the permitted floor footprint and any retailer requirements. Review the actual loaded arrangement rather than assuming a generic board grade supports the intended load.
Review the Structure and Stability Requirements
Discuss the base, supports, tray connections, reinforcement and assembly method. Agree the relevant assessment of loaded stability, shelf behaviour and handling conditions for the proposed construction.
A rendering or an unloaded sample cannot prove loaded performance. Material thickness or the number of corrugated layers alone is not a verified load rating. Record the product arrangement and conditions used for any sample review.
Plan Assembly and Store Use
Confirm whether the display is delivered assembled or in a defined packed form. Review assembly steps, required components, instructions and any tools. Do not assume that setup is tool-free or takes a specified number of minutes without checking the actual design.
Describe the intended placement, use period, replenishment process and any movement after loading. Include transport packing and the responsibilities for installation and loading in the project discussion.
Check Artwork and Material Evidence
Use an agreed drawing for the header, tray fronts and visible panels. Review artwork orientation, product visibility and any labels or instructions. Confirm board construction, printed layers, coating, adhesive and other components.
Certification, recycled content and disposal statements require supporting evidence for the proposed display and destination. No FSC status, recycled-content percentage or universal recyclability is established by a catalogue description.
Agree a Sample and Quotation
Record sample scope, differences from production construction and the acceptance criteria for assembly, appearance and the agreed loaded checks. Retain the approved drawing, artwork and material specification.
Send your three-tray display brief with product dimensions and weights, quantities per level, footprint, order quantity, destination and target dates. Confirm sample charges, minimum order, timing, packing and delivery terms in the quotation.
